Saint Mary's children have been learning about working 'together for a better internet' on Safer Internet Day.
During the day -
Reception listened to the story 'Smartie the Penguin' and talked about what to do if anything upsets them online.
Year 2 enjoyed using Purple Mash to create their own avatars to protect their online identity.
Year 3 have been learning about the 5 e-safety SMART rules to stay safe on line with Kara, Winston and the SMART crew.
Year 4 have been discussing how they are ‘free to be’ kind, respectful, honest, creative and happy online to mark Safer Internet Day.
Next term, the school will be offering an Internet Safety workshop to support parents. Look out for the date!
